It’s part education, part connection, part kick-in-the-pants encouragement. We’re a digital hub for pregnant people, new moms, and birth professionals who want real answers, solid tools, and zero judgment. No crunchy cults or cutesy vibes here — just smart content and empowering community.
Who is this for?
If you’re a pregnant mom, a new parent, or a birth worker who’s tired of wading through Instagram fluff and Facebook drama to find real support — this is for you. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, you’re welcome here.
Is this just for crunchy moms and unmedicated births?
Nope. We support all kinds of births — epidurals, unmedicated, home, hospital, cesarean, VBAC, twins, inductions, and everything in between. You’ll find lots of info about physiologic birth, because that’s our jam, but this space is about your informed choices.
Is the MomPowered Birth Community Free?
The main portion of the MomPowered Birth Community is FREE to join, share and enjoy! If you are a part of a Doula Suite as a client or birthworker you will also gain access to those spaces and courses. There are paid tiers within the MomPowered Birth Community which have additional courses and resources available to you! Soon there will also be courses and cohorts available to join as well!
